A sculpture of Junkbot, the recycling hero of the popular (and addictive) puzzle games Junkbot and Junkbot Undercover. You can find and play these games in the 'Play' section of the official LEGO web site.

As can be seen in the photos below, Junkbot's legs can be moved independently and exhibit the same range of motion as actual minifig legs. An internal worm gear can be turned from the back of each leg to control that leg's position.
